HyperHealth is an innovative solution for hypertension management. It includes a Digital Health App for people with or at risk of hypertension and a web platform for clinicians to monitor patients.

HyperHealth creates a connected ecosystem integrating the innovative and smart medical hardware provided, which include a Blood Pressure Monitor, a Scale and a Smartwatch.The solution is being tested in clinical trial in 4 countries (Croatia, Italy, Sweden, Turkey).

The development process was supported by European funds awarded in the framework of HSMonitor PCP project, which was financed by the European Union’s Horizon Research and Innovation Programme.
